Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that returns sponsored results. Nevada People Search does not retain its own copy of those queries. A direct message contains only the details you choose to send, and we use them to answer you.

Our host creates ordinary logs that can include an IP address, browser type, visited page, and time. Aggregated logs help us maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How the Data Is Used
The limited data above supports site operation, fault diagnosis, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to Nevada government portals, county offices, courts, libraries, and outside search tools. Information submitted after leaving Nevada People Search falls under the destination's privacy policy. The same is true of sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
When Data May Be Shared
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us, while analytics or advertising vendors may receive the automatic data already described. We also comply with valid legal process. Visitor data is not otherwise shared by us.
How Data Is Protected
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are retained only for the purposes described above. Nevada People Search has no user account system, stored password, or visitor profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Nevada's online-privacy provisions appear in NRS Chapter 603A, with scope and exceptions that depend on the operator and data involved. A request may ask us to locate, correct, or remove personal data we hold, which is generally limited to contact messages and logs. Submit it through the Contact page. Records held by a Nevada state, county, city, or court custodian remain outside our control, so correction or restriction requests must go to that office.
